What can acupuncture treat?
Acupuncture can help treat and prevent conditions such as stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, acute and chronic pain, headaches, detoxification, digestive issues, respiratory conditions, gynecological and reproductive health, urogenital conditions, and more.

Is acupuncture safe?
Yes! Chinese medicine is thousands of years old with success seen by patients around the world. Licensed acupuncturists in New York undergo extensive schooling, hundreds of clinical hours, and board certification with a focus on safety. We use sterile, single-use disposable needles with virtually no side effects.

How often do I need to receive acupuncture in order to see results?
Everyone responds to treatment differently. We’ll craft a treatment plan specific to you and re-evaluate regularly to measure progress. Certain issues can be addressed in a visit or two, other concerns might require multiple treatments until you meet your goal, and some people come consistently to support their general well-being.

Reiki Energy Healing

What is reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese healing practice that promotes balance and well-being in body, mind, emotions and spirit. The practitioner channels spiritually guided reiki energy, also known as life force energy or qi, through their hands to the recipient. It can be used for a variety of physical, mental and emotional issues on anyone or anything. Reiki is the perfect compliment to traditional medical treatments because it enhances the body's ability to heal and provides a source of restoring energy.

What can I expect during an energy healing session?
My goal is your comfort. Have no fear if this is all new to you, it's a judgement free zone. Ask all the questions and try to come with an open mind. Energy healing and intuitive readings work best when you're open to the possibilities! Know that a session can look different for everyone. You could feel a strong sense of relaxation, peace, or warmth. You might feel sensations in your body, fall asleep, or even see colors. It's also okay to not feel or see anything. Remember that there is no right or wrong way to feel during a session.

How does the intuitive aspect of an energy healing session work?
During a session, I connect with your guides, higher self, and loved ones in spirit to receive messages for you. The messages shared always come from a place of love and are typically ones you need to hear most at this time.

Is there anything I should do to prepare?
Feel free to come as you are! If your session is in-person, you’ll sit or lie down somewhere comfortable while I perform reiki with or without touch. If your session is virtual, get set up on a device of your choice and be near a comfortable chair or place to lie down. I always recommend having a glass of water nearby and a notebook handy in case you'd like to jot down anything from our discussion.
